Collected for a business trip and the experience matched the Singapore efficiency standard. BMW 5 Series was pristine, paperwork took 12 minutes, and the in-car GPS knew every shortcut.

Same fleet as Europcar, lower price. The Mercedes A-Class was perfect for Singapore roads. Premium feel, budget price.

Everything worked perfectly. The Mercedes was immaculate, staff were efficient, and the return process at Changi was the easiest airport drop-off we've ever experienced.

Changi is a miracle of organisation and Budget matched it. Collected in under 15 minutes, car was pristine, and the ERP toll card explanation was clear. Return at Terminal 3 was seamless.

For a country this small, having a rental for day trips to Malaysia makes sense. Europcar gave clear border-crossing advice and the car was well-suited to the excellent roads.

Changi Terminal 1's Hertz was the smoothest airport counter I've encountered globally. Pre-printed contract, bay assignment already shown, and the Corolla Hybrid had 6,000km on it. Staff didn't push any extras. The motorway toll system (EPS) was explained in 90 seconds flat. This is what airport car rental should feel like everywhere.
