Chicago O'Hare Hertz — Midwest reliability
The rental bus took forever but Hertz itself was organised. Ford Explorer was clean and the staff explained Illinois tolls correctly. Standard airport rental experience.

The rental facility is massive and the queue moved steadily if not quickly. Our Ford Edge was well-maintained and the staff patiently answered every question from confused tourists.
