Staff proactively mentioned bridge tolls and parking apps for SF. Our Ford Escape was clean and the return process near SFO was clearly explained with exact timing.

Budget option that delivered. The Chevy Spark was tiny but perfect for SF street parking. Staff warned about the Lombard Street tourists and suggested alternate routes.

The rental car center is impressively organised and we were in our Tesla within 20 minutes of landing. The overnight fog meant an extra wipe-down, but staff had towels ready.
