National's downtown Toronto branch was no-frills but reliable. Car was a Hyundai Elantra, GPS worked, fuel-to-fuel. Winter tyres included at no cost — a nice touch.

Picking up during a snow event, and the team had winter tyres ready without asking. The process was fast and the Kia Sportage handled Ontario conditions without issue.

Airport pickup was straightforward, but the real win was the staff explaining the UP Express versus driving downtown. We parked at the suburban lot and took transit in.
