Efficient German efficiency on full display. Car was ready, paperwork was fast, GPS was already charged. Returned it three days later, no issues.

Brandenburg is a huge airport but the car hire centre is well organised. Enterprise desk was fast, maybe 10 minutes, and the VW Golf was exactly as booked. German rental contracts are thorough but at least everything is documented clearly.

Clean VW Golf, clear paperwork, and advice about the Umweltplatz sticker requirement for city centers. Staff knew their stuff and didn't oversell extras.

From landing to driving took 22 minutes, including the S-Bahn to the rental center. The Audi A3 was showroom-clean and the staff answered every question about Autobahn rules.
