Heard nightmare stories about NZ budget rentals but Omega delivered a clean Suzuki Swift and honest terms. Staff documented every scratch upfront, no surprises on return.

Younger vibe, casual staff, but the car was reliable. Perfect for budget-conscious travellers hitting the ski fields.

Small car, easy pickup, no drama. Boot space was tighter than expected but otherwise all good.

Did not expect much but it was genuinely easy. Staff helpful, car clean, no argument at drop-off.
