Impressively quick handover for a UK airport, and the BMW 1 Series was the cleanest rental we've had in years. Deposit was chunky but the excess options were clearly explained.

Staff chatted like neighbors while processing paperwork, gave genuine route advice, and the Ford Focus was spotless. Refreshingly human interaction in a transactional industry.
